i stuck with make UDK network online without another programs

i want to create Server-client without another programs for client must run (Steam) (Gamespy) (Hamachi)
can i create something like that?

if you can solve this please give me that code for master server or server bowser or what's you do to run Server connect with client

i try to do many things ,forward ports , looking for code to support this many days

now i can connect on command server mapname?port:7777
and connect with the same 192.168.1.2:7777 (static ip to rounter)

it's works Server (1) join 2people Server (2) it's works connect and can see each other walk,run....

now i connect on command server mapname?port:7777
but connect with the cilent form package 192.168.1.2:7777 (static ip to rounter)

it's fail Server (0) join and close automatic

and now i connect on command server mapname?port:7777
but connect with the same but use external IP xxx.xx.xx.xxx:7777

it's connect with Server (1) but like play alone in map it's not see other player when join Server(2) can't see each other

now i connect on command server mapname?port:7777

problem is connect my server by client from package (cooking)
why it's fail
