Convert Video to Bink

Hi everyone.-

I have recently descovered Bink, now i want to convert a video to Bink from only one image (maybe i could use two of them) the problem is that when i select the avi file and click Bink it from the Rad Video Tools it says "Error opening the filename.avi" i have tried other video formats without luck, ive also tried removing or changing the avi compression but still with no success. Can anybody help me with this.

Also the avi video plays perfectly by itself.

Update.-

I have found mp4 files dont bring that message, thanks
