i want to create a game mode similar to the mirror's edge, is there any way?

Of course there is a way, but it involves a lot of knowledge in vector math to find surfaces that are climbable and so on.
I heavily doubt that you will find tutorials on such a specific gameplay. There was some wall-jumping tutorial here and the tutorial for Gears-style cover-taking may also be helpful if you want to learn how to recognize walls with vector math. But the rest is really up to your coding skill.
