improving performance and more weapon types to spawn how?

iv almost finish my map and performance has droped slightly because i have quite alot going on is there any settings i can use to improve performance, the drop is from full 30/60fps tp 25/50 fps. also is there a way to spawn anything other than the 3 guns in the actor class like pistols and all that jazz?

I'd advise checking out the Optimisation section here for the performance problems, that might help.

Reagarding the weapons, you can probably get some over from UT3 if you import everything correctly but otherwise, you could always make your own or there are probably some to download.
