extra weapon and vehicle packages?

Hey guys,

I was looking into the package list given with the newest UDK engine and comparing it with some others, and for the first time I noticed some packages under the vehicle and weapons folders: Fury, Nemesis, Paladin, Raptor in the vehicles, and AVRiL, BioRifle, Enforcers, FlakCannon, Stinger, Translocator in weapons.
I was wondering: Can these weapons and vehicles be used (like placed in game and fired/driven in)? And if so, how?

Most of those items are just not there, maybe some of their resources are, but the full content is not.
