You can run games that support DirectX 11, since they usually support DirectX 9 systems as well.

              What's wrong?

I did turn on the DX11 settings in the UDK's preferences, then I've turned True the AllowImageReflections and AllowImageReflectionShadowing in games ini.
The DX-11 is displayed in the UDK's bar when editor is running.

Still, I can't use Bokeh Dof, cos I don't see these settings:

And, I can't use image-based refections as I don't see the D3D11 rollout in Materials editor.

Same with tessellation. Can't see the D3D11 material settings:

So, basically, DX-11 doesn't work for me, dunno why.
I forgot do do something very basic. I don't know what tho.

              Any clues?

                  What is your graphics card?
The DX level listed there is your software directX level.

                          It's a Nvidia geforce 7950 gtx
                          It's there

btw you can's find dx11 enable because your graphics card doesn't support dx11 features (it's an older model) just like mine

Yup , the direct X 11 you hold is the software installed in your laptop. You need HARDWARE directx 11. Which in this case your graphic card does not support.
