So, it can't be done by using only UDK. I will need some extra software. Am I right?

You'll need some kind of external software to handle the purchase system (something on your server side, and probably a DLL on the client side that simply tells your UDK app to open up certain parts of the game (a DLL bind that deals with simple booleans may be sufficient, it's not the most secure system, but no system is ever totally secure anyway).

The rest is really up to you.

Thanks for reply. But I have no idea how to do it. Can somebody show me right direction how to implement it. I'm programmer and have some experience with udk scripting.

Can this be done in UDK?

    Hi all,

I want to make a game where user(player) will only have a part of the whole game world available. Other locations will be locked for him until he pays for the new locations. Something similar as facebook games, you have few free items, and when you want some fancy stuff you have to pay.

Is it possible to make such a game in UDK?
Working...
