Recruiting developers/modders for a commercial game

Hi guys/admins

Is it possible via these forums to recruit modders/members for a paid UDK project? I'm talking in terms of developing a commercial game.
Wanted to see where (if any) the boundaries were in terms of requesting/recruiting help like this.


I would appreciate any pointers for additional info when creating a commercial title using the UDK too.
