99$ license fee is for per game per platform or per game for all platforms

Can any one tell me whether the 99$ license fee is per game for per platform i publish or per game for all the platforms i publish. I mean do i have to pay 99$ for each platform i publish for or just once per game. Also is it similar for the 25% royalty fee.

The license is per person/company.

so you pay 99 dollars when you publish plus the royalty or just the 99 dollars?

You pay the hundred dollars for a license. It applies to you. Not to a specific game, and I don't know why you it be leased to platforms.... After which you pay the 25% royalty on revenue exceeding five thousand.
