Stargate Mod

Hey all

Atm im in the process of deciding what engine to use for a stargate mod, Which engine would be better. Cryengine or UDK?

Im hoping to bring the series as realistic as possible, and with some new game modes.

Thoughts?Comments? Suggestions?

Threads about engine comparisons are banned I believe.

However, unless I'm mistaken, I have doubts as to whether you would be capable of acquiring a copy of CryEngine regardless of your decision.

Well, you'd just need a copy of Crysis and then you could create a Stargate mod for that since it has the tools.

I'd say you have more options with UDK to do any game

Im heading towards the UDK engine anyways. What about the vent horizon effects etc?
