Can I use Unreal Tourn Textures for commercial game?

If I have a commercial license to use UDK, can I use the Unreal Tournament textures that come with UDK for my commercial game?

You can use all assets that come with UDK except for skeletal meshes--but not any content from UT3 that is not already included in UDK
