How do I add weapons?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section I am new here... How do I add weapons from Unreal Tournament 3 to a UTWeaponFactory (Sniper Rifle, etc)? Also how do I add custom weapons?

Step 1: Lean UnrealScript.
Step 2: Make your 3d model for your weapon.

Look in the other weapon scripts and see how they done it
