    Modeling Pack Particles into UDK, Request.

    Hello, I was thinking it would be a good idea to allow most of the popular modeling packages like Max, Maya, Softimage, etc. to export some particle properties into the UDK. I notice that UDK has a very good particle editor, but I usually do the effects in the program I am modeling in. So basically I would have to do them twice, first in 3D and then UDK. UDK could still keep the editor it's just that an export would fill in some of the fields or most, to resemble the effect that was created in a 3D program. I hope one of the new releases would allow us to do this.

    I'm not sure that would be possible, the particle systems in each program differ greatly from each other, and for something like UDK requires referencing stuff from packages which you couldn't do in an outside program
