Along-side full package downloads for UDK updates, please also provide a package/zip/whatever with just what was edited; scripts, editor, etc.. Faster downloading, easier to upgrade/update projects, and so forth.

(nearly) Every file changes in every release. -
Don't need the same packages or maps each release, for example. I understand that some of them need to be changed, but not 500mb+ packages are updated each release. Last release there was only a handful of scripts that were changed from what I noticed and it was to support the changes with the new front end scaleform and pause menu. Not sure what packages or maps were changed.
Just saying. I'm sure it's easier on their end to just repackage everything, but it's annoying.Comment

I see almost 4000 changed files, almost 400 identical files, between August and July. The identical files are mostly 3rd party binaries, dlls, speedtree stuff, and the scaleform stuff.Comment
