    hi!
    ok i have benn working on a character to import in udk from maya 2009 but when i go in actor x and hit the save mesh/refpose button it gives me an error that says:
    maya actor x no valid skin triangles digested (mesh may lack proper mapping or valid linkups)
    so what is the problem?

    Could be one of these;

    * You used rigid bind instead of smooth bind to weight the mesh to the skeleton.
    * You somehow managed to have no materials assigned to the mesh.
    * The mesh is missing UVs.

    Go through that list and see if it helps.

      can anyone give me some info about rigging models in maya for export to udk?
      cause u know the model that i rigged doesnt work in the animation setup ( the animations dont work on it when i play them )
