You'll want to disable Global Illumination in WorldInfo Lightmass settings and also edit the PostProcessChain so that all PP effects are disabled in both editor and game.

If this is for editing UDK, I hate to break it to you, but you quite simply won't be able to do it. For creating a game to run on lower hardware, it's a different matter.

          look in BaseEngine.ini
          UDK/Engine/Config
theres all that stuff in [SystemSettings]
be sure you make a backup of the file before you start

i'm not understanding what are you all saying...
I want to decrease the graphics UDK, because I have the video card low... I don't want the shadows, blur screen, and other things...

                so.. don't use them.

And you can turn them off in your INI files.

Instead of waiting for an answer, you could've checked the files in the config folder by yourself :P

If I recall correctly, the settings can be found in the UDKEngine.ini

Yeah, and there were other threads in this forum to both reduce and increase the detail settings in UDK from their default.

I mean asking for help is encouraged -- but people are more likely to help those who obviously try on their own -- asking questions when it's something that they tried X Y and Z but none worked. Teach a man to fish, no feed a fish beggar.

Not saying anything about you specifically -- but indication of attempt goes a LONG way to getting information.

View > World Properties > WordInfo
