    Outline Material

    Hi guys, this is my first post so please take it easy on me. I'm pretty familiar with the material system in the UDK and I've used it perfectly up till now. I've recently bought the game BorderLands where every object has a black kind of cartoony outline. I love how it looks and I was hoping I could duplicate this effect with the UE3 material system, but I'm not sure where to start. So do you guys have any pointers? I'd prefer not to have a straight up tutorial on how to do this, but more a few pointers on where to start, so I can learn more from it. Also, is this effect even possible with the material system? Thanks so much.
