Fixed Framerate video / picture capture - HOW?

Hello, we're up to make a video in UDK, so is there any equal command to startmovie in source, which shoots every frame at given FPS (eq. 30).

Doesn't matter if game lags, the goal is a chopless movie or pict. seuquence.

There was a 'dumpframes' command or similar in UE2, which saved a .bmp to a folder each 30 frames. Not sure if it was transferred to UE3.

That's exactly what I need, so video won't be choppy even with some render-expensive explosions But search doesn't help much...

ps Main point is to shoot complex scenes without any lags so fraps won't work.
