    ok try scripting it, but nobody will do it for you
    you could attach the shocks as a seperate mesh
    have some way of telling how much the suspension is compressed
    scale the shock in the z axis the appropriate amount

    Fake with fat and thin cylinder like a shock absober i had that idea also but shall i remind you that UDK is rotating and not moving ? how do you want to fake it since his only movement is rotating ?

    Till now i don't understand your idea on how which axis or parameter you want to fake it....

    experimantation and imagination go a long way you know, you should try it sometime
    a good expression to remember while making games is 'smoke and mirrors'

    have a 'thin' cylinder that is part of the susspension, and have a 'fat' cylinder as part of the body, line them up so it looks like they are part of the same thing. imagine shock absorbers on a car or bike.
    when the susspension is compressed, the 'thin' cylinder will appear to go inside the 'fat cylinder, giving the impression of real suspension.

    or you could program your own suspension, good luck with that.

    Yes i want it to stretch right ahead the Z axis up and down, and YES i already putted the cylinder.... please explicit your idea with more detail.

    Ok for the rotation screenshot in 3dsmax, now import it in udk or unreal tournament and show me how its react please .... i will be amaized if it will work the way i am looking for in real time game.

    actually i just read your problem again,
    you want the suspension spring to stretch?
    you could fake it with a small and large cylinder, small attached to the susspension, large attached to the body.

    just did a test and its unbelievably easy to achieve the suspension you want.
    simply rotate the suspension bones like i said before.
    heres a screenshot of 3ds max

    You seem to have a better idea of which parameter i need to modify, so advise ?

    i tried but didnt accomplish the expected result. they use rotation to rotate but i think for my stuff is not about rotating but moving... so any way i can accomplish that ?
