Can someone tell me if it's possible to make an RTS with UDK?

It's not necessarily the easiest engine to make RTSes with... but yes, it's doable.

You could have some trouble with actually accomplishing it like Phopojijo said. Here's some videos of them (not the newest I don't think, I just did a really quick search).
