You can only use the brushbuilders. Pick a suitable initial size and adjust it in Geometry Mode if it's not exactly what you wanted.

Hi I have a question, I think the brushes, giving the coordinates in numbers, the thing is, I can create brushes with the same method as in the Radiant (call of duty) or source sdk (half life 2), dragging the mouse in 2d area.
