My videos into UDK

Hi guys,

sorry for this topic but i wondered how can i integrate a my videos (expample: video.avi or .mp4 or .bik, the conversion is not a problem for me) into a my map, that i created with the udk.

My idea is to visualize that video into a tv box model or into a megavideo (for example).


So, what can i do?

I have not tried it but I would imagine you just import your video in .bik format into the content editor and then create a material with it to assign to some geometry. Flipbook style animation textures are also supported.

Ah ok, but so what actor should i use?

Depends on your video needs. If you can get away with a small number of frames the flipbook a single texture. If you need more then make a video.
