Set VectorParma not found

well i cant find set vectorParam action in kismet in UDK March Release and aslo when i enable it from the SeqAct_SetMatInstVectorParam.uc its not works correct.

so what i should do to make it work or are there alternative methods ?

You have to do it via Matinee now instead.
