Hiding tip text during map loads

During map loads UDK displays random tip messages while showing the UT_loadmovie2.bik. Where exactly can these be turned off/changed/otherwise controlled?

I tried looking in the EnvyEntry map which is the default loading map but couldn't find anything. I haven't managed to find anything in script either so far.

You might try ViewportClient and it's subclasses..

Thanks, it seems like UTGameViewPortClient has the script that prints those. Is there a way to override that behavior though, without modifying that script file?

extend it, override what you don't want, and specify it in your ini file
