I have a problem with the character disappearing and then coming back in my cut scene

In unreal what I know the engine goes after where the root bone is, I made the root bone follow the animation instead of being at Origo, but I got problem in the beginning that my character is not there, he pops up 1 sec later after the cinematic started

It works using "Update SKel when not rendered?" under Properties, skeletalMeshCOmponent
But, that feels that the engine using unnecessary rendering strength to render it all the time, it has to be another way around it
Think it would not work as well if you have alot of characters
