Gears 2 content in UDK?

Whats goin on community? I just downloaded the UDK after a long break from mapping, and i came across this videohttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=taxXOx0M6jg
that clearly shows someone editing for gears 2. Can anyone tell me how to access this content in UDK?
