What are the target platforms?

A game created with UDK can be released for PC, Xbox, Ps3... ?

I haven't found a list of supported platforms.

Also, I suppose you can release each project as a stand alone program, right?

Correct, each project is a stand along program. The current target platforms are the same as the UDK, which is PC with the system requirements found on udk.com.
