Why don't I have all of the things in UDK?

I only have a couple static meshes, I don't have any UT gametypes and it seems like when I watch tutorials people always have things in their UDK that I dont?

How do I get them?

What installation typec did you choose when installing? Just reinstall and don't choose clean install.
