UDK Play on PC Bug

I am creating a level using the 2013-07 and every time I try to test the level on PC the screen opens and goes black and only plays the sound. The issues seem to stem from using the Alt+Enter shortcut for fullscreen. I had the same issue with an older version of UDK that's why I upgraded, but I am still having this problem...

Anyone know what's causing this?

Have you set the recommended screen resolution in the windows 7 properties? Start the game without full screen, then press Alt+Enter and now open the task manager and then klick a 2nd time into the black screen, probably its working now
