wow, thanks for the quick reply.. I had updated my video card drivers to 320.49 and still trying to fix 'some' failure in updating my windows.. i'll reply again when it's done and hopefully works .. thank you again..

Make sure your video card drivers are up-to-date. If it aint then download from NVIDIA website. Then make sure your windows is also up-to-date.

1) I had just downloaded UDK 2013 -Feb version and the installation was fine. the problem is , nothing seems to be working for me .. the UDK exe , udk lift would crash from start up and I got this error:

does it had anything to do with my pc specs :

window 7 ultimate 32 bit
AMD Athlon
2GB ram
NVDIA 210

2) is the installinfo xml suppose to be 0kb ?

I am new and inexperienced in this but I think learning unreal SDK would be fun as a hobby. I've searched all over the net but found none with this problem.I ran the installation as admin too . I really appreciate help from anybody..thanks
