Getting error when installing Unreal Engine

Hi there.

I'm a Full Sail University student and I'm currently learning how to implement audio into the Unreal Engine. I have a PC at home but I haven't been able to install the software because I get a error at the end of the installation. I have so far tried the latest 3 versions and got the same results. My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate, 8 GB Ram, fully updated, Intel Core 2 Quad 2.3 GHz.

I'm attaching the picture with the error I'm getting. Any help will be much appreciated.

Try to install it without a anti virus programm and the firewall. When this doesnt work try to download it from another site or move the install .exe to another place on your pc and try to install it from there

I move the isntaller to the desktop, turned the firewall off, and quit microsoft security essentials. Got the same result with versions 2013 and latest 2012.

Does it give you a name for the error you're receiving??
