I came to know that UDKAnimBlendByIdle never blends to the Idle state, and just keeps being switched on the "Moving" input. I went for another alternative using AnimNodeBlendBySpeed, then I had to do replication work for it, and everything works fine.
So I just thought to bring this up and make it known. Thanks!
