When I import UDK crashes

You should work a bit on your issue reporting skills, as the information you provided is pretty useless in itself.

usualy if UDK crshes when importing it's because of a problem with your file not UDK itself. although i doubt it's the file size, i once imported a texture that was 64MB and it worked fine.
