UDK Crashes when trying to use Source Control

I have a Perforce server and UDK was having trouble being set up with it.
It says down the bottom that I'm connected to Source Control although I never had the Perforce Login box come up... It must of automatically connected - which is weird.

Anyway whenever I go into the content browser I cannot upload anything.
If I right click any asset and select Source Control > Submit - it simply crashes and I cannot do anything else.

After taking days to finally get perforce to work I too have this crashing issue.

Unfortunately me and my team have the same issue too.

It's apparently happening with any version past march 2012, the latest one (that just went up) supposedly have fixed it.
