missing packages on blank install

yo

just installed the latest udk with a blank install
after sorting out the +EditPackages thing in the wrong order i opened the editor
it says these are missing

Can't find file 'UI_Fonts'
Can't find file 'FX_HitEffects'

is this normal?

in DefaultEngine.ini i see one of them here

[Engine.StartupPackages]
+Package=FX_HitEffects

Yea it'll do that (at least it does for me too).
You don't need those packages in a clean project though so I think it's just some leftover config entries that should be removed.

i have removed them from the ini's and it still seems to work ok
