Issue when starting up UDK

might sound silly here but those specs are pro config, so here's the silly question do you have directx installed

im running UDKInstall-2012-07-BETA2 and my specs are

Dell Precision 490

windows 7 64bit
12gb of ram
Nvidia quadro FX 4500
Two quad core Xeon 5160 3.0GHz
3 TB hard drive

Which version of UDK is this? And can you please list your PC specs?

upon starting UDK on my computer it is suppose to show this


but i get this screen

it wont load the map templates or when i start at death match i get a black screen
