Here's a video highlighting a rotation bug in UDK when using local axis on an object that has been rotated off center. Clearly, the object isn't just rotating in the one axis you choose, but it is offsetting in another axis aswell. This is pretty much a very drastic bug and I hope can be addressed in a future update.
