Decals on landscape dont seem to be working in the udk march 2012 build. I am not sure if this is a bug or limitation. I do have used on terrain checked but it does not seem to project onto it. Is anybody else having the same issue?

for a decal to work on landscape it must be either spawned from code, or if placed in the editor it must exist in the same level (ie. not in a different streaming level). does your decal fall into any of the two? -
