Does this only happen during UDK usage, or while playing newer games as well?

Could you please say the Error Message or/and Code from the Blue Screen ? Just use a dumb reader for Windows Blue Screens.

Are you sure that you don't have an automatic overclock in the motherboard setting ? i got the bsotd when in the bios my motherboard had an automatic overclok for the cpu but not for the ram voltage so it was crashing with udk and with bf3

                          Driver incompatibility.
                          Overheating.

                          Or a extern/intern hardware problem
