Foliage/ Landscape window

Both the Foliage and Landscape windows appear very small both vertically and horizontally, but can be grabbed and dragged vertically but not horizontaly, I also can't get either to work in any way. Any ideas appreciated.

Check your windows font size settings. In Win7 it's under Control Panel -> Display.
