Blue and Red Lines - UDK Problem / BUG

I instaled UDK, but it has a problem: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w69J1...&feature=feedu

These blue and red lines always appears when I try to play/test the game...

I already tried to reinstall the UDK, and I already tried to install another version of it. My graphic card is updated, and this problem don't happen in others 3D aplications or games. Can somebody help me?

    EDIT:
Operational System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
    Processor: DualCore Intel Core i5 CPU - M430 - 2,27GHz
Motherboard: Hewlett-Packard HP Pavilion dv4 notebook PC
    RAM: DDR3-1333 / 4GB
Graphics Card: Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD

I know that notebooks (and my graphics card) aren't good to play games, but it has the minimum requirements to run UDK; and my brother has a notebook that is worse than mine (my notebook graphics card, ram memory, and processor are better than my brother's notebook), but UDK runs without these blue and red lines on his notebook...
I'm only using this notebook for training. I don't want to create a complete game with it, because I know that would be impossible...

I'm afraid that this is a hardware issue with your graphics card.

What is your video card? What can you tell us about your computer and its history? We need more info.

buying new pc / gfx card is your best (maybe only) solution

you might check if your pc (laptop?) is overheating and also try to blow dust with a can of compressed air

years ago when I had 8800 GT it would give me similar errors unless it was super cold in room (for example opening window next to the open pc case so cold winter air could cool it down)

This is a hardware / driver issue unfortunately.

Its probably the lack of a graphics card.
