Sept 2011 UDK Crashes on Apex Clothing Import

Hello friends,

I am using 3dmax 2011 SP2 and when I export a clothing asset as .pxa, and try to import it into Sept UDK, it crashes with error "UDK has stopped working and will close."

Out of around 10 tries of import, only one succeeded.

Just wanted to report it.
