What's the codec for that video? I saved it but in Quicktime and others it said unsupported file.

Please, Jean - if you could post the video using another file format that would be greatly appreciated. Merci.

You could always download VLC instead of waiting on the author to waste his precious time and bandwidth converting a video.

            Great tutorial by the way.

I can't watch it. All I see is quicktime logo. No play or anything.

I had the same problem, but I downloaded : http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

then go Media>Open Network stream and enter the URL of the mov file from Jean's website and watch.

Nvm fixed by downloading the video. Why would want one more player anyway?

OK - thanks to the magic of VLC I was able to watch that video. It was most useful.

I also notice that more videos are being added to the page.

Many thanks for that and for all your work

Because VLC is basic, but incredibly handy — it plays more formats and codecs than any player I know of. If you ever have a video you can't play, try it with VLC. And it's continually updated. And it's free.

Where exactly is this speedtree video? I looked around the site and could not find it.
