    objectives in game

    hi everybody i wanted to know how to create objectives in udk in my game using kismet for example an objective saying " kill all inmates " and when i kill them it go away and the next objective appear so can any one help me on how to create something like that

    I recommend using unrealscript and creating some kind of "ObjectManager".

    Use a List to store generic "Objective" types and when an action relevant to an objective occurs check if the current object succeeds.

    Im not sure about kismet as I mainly have used scripting for my game. However, there are plenty of conditional nodes for you to use. Kismet kinda gets messy after a while but that's what its built for.
