Can't Find Unreal Script Wizard in Unreal X Editor

I've recently gotten the Unreal X Editor to use the weapon wizard to help me in the creation of a melee weapon. I've come to notice that I can't find it in any of the tabs, not even in misc. I've looked in the help.html to look for some assistance, but when it shows where it is, it's not there in the program. It's between ribbon styles and the donate button, but it does not appear for me. Has this been discontinued or removed?

Unfortunately Unreal X-Editor is no longer being developed. Since the release of Unreal Engine 4 i have completely switched to it and i no longer use UDK so i have stopped developing Unreal X-Editor and there will be no further updates. Sorry about that.
