PlayerController.say() function has different behavior between UDK Win32 and Win64

Hi, I'm new to Unreal Script programming, and I just follow a simple tutorial to get things work.Everything goes well, except one problem.I used PlayerController.say("hello")in my code as a test line, when running UDK Win32 version, this line give a robot like male voice saying "hello",but when running Win64 version, there is no voice at all,my code is very simple,no magic things,so I don't know if it is a bug or something。Any reply is appreciated, thanks!

It doesn't particularly matter at the end of the day, as you do not distribute the 64 bit version of the game.

So even if you have Win7 64 bit your game won't be distributed as 64 bit version ?
