Cant see notes and other targets.

The title says most of it. just wondering if maybe theres a toggle i hit on accident? i can see that they exist in the scene manager but i cant see them in the perspective view. i cant see notes, teleport points, path nodes,etc. i can see stuff like triggers.

Keep in mind im using a fairly old version ue3 from around 2008.
