  • Custom Fluid Surface Actor

Hi guys, I'm currently doing a project for university using this engine but have come up against a problem. I have a set of tubes that require a fluid surface actor, but because of there shape I'm not able to do it.

Is there anyway of creating a custom shape for the fluid surface actor? Here's a picture of the level.

    Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

No Drathir, no one replied to my post. We had to re-design the section of the level to meet the deadline in the end. However its still in production and we'd be greateful if anyone had a solution.

I dont think thats possible. I've also made a thread about this and there is a workaround. http://forums.epicgames.com/threads/...or-Custom-Mesh

Can't you just shape the brush before you convert it to a fluid surface?

guys, custom shapes for fluid surfaces are not supported. it's can be represented only as rectangle. so, try place it as rectangle into your map.
check how do you can scale it without any bugs http://forums.epicgames.com/threads/...*-to-work-with
