    Bug in RInterpTo() and InterpSpeed input?

    Hi,

    im not 100% sure this is a actual bug, but at least i found this kinda "disturbing".

    RInterpTo() behaves different in regards to its InterpSpeed, if bConstantInterpSpeed is set to true/false.
    I recently wrote a oscillating skeletal controller and noticed that if bConstantInterpSpeed is set to false i get "valid" results with InterpSpeed inputs in the range from 1.0 to 6.0, while if bConstantInterpSpeed is set to true, i need to change the input range to values from 10000 to 60000, to get valid results?

    So there is this big difference of input, but the function decl itself makes no real distinction regarding this, i find it "uncommon" that a function need different input ranges based on a optional switch. This for me basically resulted in a try and error approach to find the reason why enabling bConstantInterpSpeed resulted in "bad" results.

    So i guess its a bug with some internal calculations?
