    i won't say it's "clean" as with any list it needs someone to maintain it.

    an new one has started up on http://unrealdb.com/ so you might want to have a look there, though mine are not listed there due to the ammount of videos i have and support
    Thanks! I watched several of your videos, you have a lot of good information.
    The first link,, wow they updated that page from the last time I visited,, thats sweet!
    The unreal data base,, thanks great link.

    I have a great link for UDK training. Im no way affiliated with either but I think they are great.

    College Teacher for Maya, UDK, Zbrush and Photoshop my 4 favorites. I dont think I have found anything better.

    Would love to hear some feedback about this $1200.00 10 week class. 1200.00 is alot of money.

    Hi
    Is there a newer clean list of links for high end schools, and video training anywhere on the net for UDK and CG ? Most everything I find is out dated with broken links, or is 38 pages long like this one. I have seen a lot of videos on youtube but a lot of those are done by first time teachers. I have been a subscriber to 3d Buzz, Digital Tutours, 3d Motive, and Eat 3d. Which are all great schools, but I was wanting to know what else might be out there thats current.
    Thanks

    i removed the Dev folder from the defaultengine.ini and added a folder for my game, thanks

    i take it that the "Dev" folder is your project folder, it might be a good idea to change the name if it to your games name, otherwise the engine might get confused.

    i think that you have already edited the defaultengine.ini to add the code package name, you only have to do that once you actually have started making some code files

    dear gedoav,

    i am getting an strange error

    Code:
    Can't find files matching C:\UDK\UDK-2012-01\Development\Src\Dev\Classes\*.us
    this folder is empty and I haven't tuched it at all, whats going on?
    I know the answer might be somewere in your tutorials, i haven't had time to watch them all yet.

    its always a good idea to have map pre-fixes afaik this helps the engine sort out what maps to use for what gametype
    don't forget to enter the pre-fix in your gametype default properties

    saying that i'm not sure if its needed unless your extending from the UTGame code

    Ok, what is this with the mapprefixes? My map does not have a prefix. Do I have to change its name?

    ok sorry i was on my laptop earlier, here's what my UT40k game block looks like

    Code:
    [Engine.GameInfo]
    DefaultGame=UT40k.UT40kDeathmatch
    DefaultServerGame=UT40k.UT40kDeathmatch
    PlayerControllerClassName=UT40k.UT40kPlayerController
    GameDifficulty=+1.0
    MaxPlayers=32
    DefaultGameType="UT40k.UT40kDeathmatch";
    +DefaultMapPrefixes=(Prefix="UT40kDM",bUsesCommonPackage=FALSE,GameType="UT40k.UT40kDeathmatch")
    +DefaultMapPrefixes=(Prefix="UT40kTDM",bUsesCommonPackage=FALSE,GameType="UT40k.UT40kTeamGame")
    +DefaultMapPrefixes=(Prefix="UT40kWF",bUsesCommonPackage=FALSE,GameType="UT40k.UT40KWarfare")
    notice i've changed all the entries to my own content, i can't say this is the best or correct way to do it but it works
